Professor Jorge Bermúdez Soto from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, Chile, has confirmed the HIELC invitation to give a speech on legal issues of maricultures.
Professor Bermúdez is an international consultant on regulatory issues with aquacultures for the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, the Comisión Permanente para el Pacífico Sur and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
