Please transfer payment of the conference fee within 30 days of reception of your notification e-mail by the organizing committee and using the account number contained in that e-mail. Please use your full name as payment reference. All bank charges and commissions are to be paid by participants. Please inform your bank about this when ordering the transfer. Payment on site is not allowed. Persons eligible for the reduced fee, might be asked to present proof of their status on site.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, non-attendance or only temporary attendance the full conference fee will be charged and cannot be refunded, except in case of cancellation at least 10 days prior to the conference, in which case 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
